Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator with 3+ years of experience providing organizational and administrative support to teams and management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external events.
  • Handle correspondence, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with onboarding, expense tracking, and office operations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support cross-functional communication and reporting processes.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, procurement, and vendor coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
