Overview
We are looking for a Data Scientist/Analyst with 3+ years of experience in analyzing data, building models, and delivering insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will be skilled in statistical analysis, data visualization, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Build predictive and statistical models using Python, R, or SQL.
- Work with stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs that align with business goals.
- Communicate analytical findings through clear reports and visualizations.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement data-driven strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, visualization, or predictive modeling.
- Strong skills in Python/R, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with machine learning, data governance, and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
